These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Pharmacy Weight Loss Bridgwater, a GPhC-registered online pharmacy operating in the United Kingdom. By using our service, you agree to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
You must be aged 18 or over to use our services. Our weight loss treatments are available to individuals residing in the United Kingdom only.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order where eligibility criteria are not met or where we believe information provided is false or misleading.
Our services are not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, or for those with certain medical conditions. A clinical assessment will be completed prior to any prescription being issued.
All prescription medicines are issued only following a clinical assessment conducted via our online consultation process. No prescription will be issued without appropriate clinical review by a qualified prescriber.
Our pharmacist reserves the right to decline to dispense any prescription where it is considered clinically inappropriate or unsafe to do so. Approval is at the sole clinical discretion of the prescribing team.
You must disclose all current medications, medical conditions, and relevant health history during your consultation. Failure to do so may affect the safety and suitability of any prescribed treatment.
Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Payment is processed securely. We do not store card details on our systems. In the event that your consultation is declined, a full refund will be issued promptly to your original payment method.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, delivery will be made within 1 working day. Delivery timescales begin from the point of pharmacist approval, not from the time of order placement.
We use tracked, discreet packaging. Deliveries are made to UK addresses only. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services or events outside our reasonable control.
It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package or that a safe delivery arrangement is in place. We cannot be liable for medicines that are left unattended or that deteriorate as a result of failed delivery.
You may cancel your order at any time before pharmacist approval for a full refund. Once an order has been approved and dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted due to the nature of prescription medicines.
In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to prescription medicines once dispensed. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the matter promptly.
